Treatment that walks alongside every child
We help young people face their fears in the real world and build resilience that lasts a lifetime.
We provide treatment that changes the lives of kids, teens, and young adults ages 7 to 22 with anxiety and/or OCD, along with their families.
These disorders can significantly disrupt daily life, leading to social isolation, missed school days, avoidance of activities and events, panic attacks, headaches, stomachaches, family stress, and more.
We’re here to help.
Care that changes lives.
Our care teams are with you every step of the way
With our research-based model, you’ll have a dedicated 3-person care team (therapist, exposure coach, and psychiatrist) and a personalized treatment plan that can include:
- Individual therapy (cognitive behavioral therapy with a focus on exposure therapy)
- Family therapy
- Exposure coaching
- Skills and exposure groups
- Parent/Caregiver groups
- Medication management, as needed

Where it has real impact.
